How It Works

A

The Organisation Admin selects the streaming mode — Peer-to-Peer or Enhanced Streaming — in the DroneControl Admin Console.

When a mission begins, the operator’s controller automatically applies the organisation’s selected streaming mode.

In Peer-to-Peer mode, video is encrypted on the operator device and sent directly to each viewer without relay servers.

D

In Enhanced mode, the fully encrypted feed is passed through DroneControl’s secure relay servers (distribution only, never stored or exposed).

Viewers can access the live stream through either:

  • Remote Access in the DroneControl Portal, or

  • A secure URL shared directly by the pilot.

The stream is delivered with ultra-low latency and high fidelity, even under challenging network conditions.
